Informational site of the distributor · Not the official INGLOT website · No products are sold
This site serves to inform partners, customers and other counterparties affected by Inglot's conduct, which we consider unlawful: a matter of significant public and commercial interest. The defence of our rights is pursued through legal channels; this page merely documents the facts.

Fifteen years building INGLOT
For fifteen years we have been the official distributor of the INGLOT brand in Iberia and other markets. Since March 2026, Inglot Sp. z o.o. has unilaterally halted the supply of its products, leaving points of sale and customers without product. We consider the termination of the agreement that Inglot has attempted to be invalid, and the agreement to remain in force. Meanwhile, the brand directs consumers to its own international online store. We believe this reflects a deliberate policy of the brand's management: to cut out the local partner that built these markets and take over direct sales. Their own store confirms it. We are still here and we will defend our rights. Thank you for fifteen years of trust.

Fifteen years
We built INGLOT's presence in Spain, Portugal and other markets from zero: own stores, corners in the major perfumery chains, trade shows, trainings, presentations. This was the road.
We sign the distribution agreement with Inglot Sp. z o.o. We start from scratch: no stores, no customers, a brand practically unknown in Spain.
February: we open the first INGLOT store in Murcia.

We open two large stores in Barcelona: Diagonal Mar and La Maquinista.

Zaragoza Puerto Venecia follows, along with a constant presence at professional trade fairs across Spain.

Expansion into the major perfumery chains begins. By 2020 we open around 70 INGLOT corners across the country.

Barcelona, Fontanella 22 / Plaza Urquinaona: our two-floor flagship with ProStudio, home to presentations and trainings with the brand's international collections.

Príncipe Pío, Parque Sur, Plaza Río 2, the San Sebastián de los Reyes outlet. Alicante Plaza Mar 2, Murcia Calle Platería, Puerta del Sol.

We organised the INGLOT x Jennifer Lopez campaign in Spain, with distribution across more than 45 points of sale. We financed and designed Cristina Pedroche x INGLOT: the iconic collection for Spain and its most successful one.

The COVID-19 pandemic forced us to close most of the stores. Those were years of huge losses and very hard times — as they were for so many.
With new management arriving at Inglot, the relationship was strained from the start: we were told again and again that the terms we worked under did not suit them and had been signed by the previous management, which the new head of the company did not agree with.
We managed to restructure the business and relaunch the brand practically from zero (what came before was destroyed by the COVID-19 crisis), with a renewed team and in new perfumery channels. We grew again — up to 100 points of sale across Spain, Portugal and Andorra, and a signed agreement with one of the country's leading chains to open 60 additional corners during the first two quarters of 2026.
We open in Kazakhstan: the first INGLOT space at the Mega mall in Almaty, inside Gold Apple, one of the region's largest perfumery chains, with an agreement to keep growing across its network.

We received an ultimatum attributing to us amounts we do not recognise as owed, with one month to pay. In the same period, the brand contacted our distribution channels directly to open a direct dialogue with them. We hold written acknowledgement of this, both from the brand itself and from our distribution partners.
Inglot Sp. z o.o. announces the unilateral termination of the agreement, four years before its expiry, and cuts off supply. We do not recognise that termination: in our position and that of our lawyers, the agreement remains in force — and with it our rights as distributor, including the use of the brand and of this domain. Soon after, former employees of ours who had been in contact with the brand brought us a proposal to buy our commercial fixtures — our entire network of points of sale. We do not judge personal conduct, nor do we assert on whose behalf that proposal was made; the timing and the context speak for themselves. The answer was no. All of this is duly documented.
Today
Since March 2026, points of sale and customers have been left without product: empty shelves, displays in liquidation, loyal customers without answers.
The supply cut also hits beyond Iberia: in Kazakhstan, Gold Apple has told us it demands the removal of the INGLOT fixtures, as no product is arriving.

Meanwhile, the brand announces that “INGLOT is going global” and directs consumers to its own international online store. We believe this reflects a deliberate management policy: to cut out the local partner that built these markets over fifteen years and take over direct sales. Their own website confirms it.

The breach of what had been agreed — including essential agreements on other markets reached directly with the company's top management — triggered the cascading collapse of everything we had built with so much effort. We are left without working capital, with debts to the people and companies who trusted us, and with enormous financial damage.
What we demand
We demand that Inglot have the courage to acknowledge its mistakes and choose one of the two ways out that have long been on its table:
Immediately reinstate the agreement in all markets, fully compensate the damage caused, and continue the collaboration.
Compensate the remaining years of the agreement and the damage caused, so that we can settle our debts with the people and companies affected and close this chapter.
We are not looking for conflict: we are looking for justice. We are a small company and we know how expensive and slow courts are; Inglot knows it too and is playing for time, while its communications do not reflect what actually happened. Even so, we will keep fighting to defend our rights through every legal avenue.
To Inglot's new partners
We have seen the announcement of the transaction concerning Inglot. The announcement promises business partners “the continuation of cooperation under the existing operating model” (PAP Biznes, June 2026).
We have no relationship with you and no claim against you. We are simply informing you: the partners who spent years building this business alongside Inglot have, contrary to its president's declarations, been more than affected. Maximising profit while ignoring what happened is neither consistent, nor honest, nor strategically sound. If you consider it necessary, examine this situation: we are ready to provide all information and evidence of Inglot's breaches across all markets.
Thank you
To everyone who walked with us through these fifteen years — customers, teams, makeup artists, chains, suppliers: thank you. It has been an extraordinary journey with extraordinary people. We are still here.
